A bold contemporary residence in Za’abeel defined by dramatic vertical proportions and a confident approach to scale. The double-height living space is anchored by a large modular sofa in pale ribbed upholstery, with a cluster of globe pendant lights suspended overhead creating a sculptural centrepiece. Deep burgundy dining chairs introduce a rich accent colour that punctuates the otherwise neutral palette.

The design embraces the architecture’s generous volumes rather than fighting them — every furniture piece, every material selection, and every lighting choice was made to complement the space’s inherent grandeur while maintaining a sense of warmth and domesticity.
