Great design means nothing without great execution. At LC Interiors, project management is woven into every stage of our process — from the earliest concept sketches through to the final walkthrough. We coordinate contractors, manage timelines, control budgets, and resolve challenges before they become problems.

As both designer and project manager, Lana maintains direct oversight of every site. This dual role ensures that design intent is preserved through construction — no detail is lost in translation between drawing board and build.

Our project management approach includes weekly site inspections, contractor coordination meetings, progress documentation, and quality control checkpoints at every critical milestone.

What We Manage

Contractor selection and appointment, construction scheduling and timeline management, budget tracking and cost control, site supervision and quality inspections, material delivery coordination, snag lists and final handover.

Renovation Project Management

For villa renovations and apartment refurbishments, project management is especially critical. We coordinate demolition, structural modifications, MEP works, finishing trades, and furniture installation into a seamless sequence that minimises disruption and maximises value.

Transparent Reporting

Clients receive regular progress updates with photographs, timeline tracking, and budget summaries. Our open communication approach means you always know exactly where your project stands.
