Once the scope is agreed, we obtain multiple quotations for every stage of work and provide clear, side-by-side cost comparisons rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number. Contractors and suppliers are recommended based on proven track record, not simply the lowest bid, which protects the quality of the finished work as much as the budget.
From that point, your budget is tracked throughout the project – not just estimated at the start and revisited at the end – so any variation is flagged and discussed before it becomes a surprise on a final invoice.
